Dear Valued Customer.
On Friday 2nd December 2022, our email server went offline. Our emails are hosted with Rackspace, an industry leading hosting provider. In the 10 years of using their service, we have barely had an outage to our emails and if there ever was an issue it was rectified within an hour.
Today they have updated their service status page: https://status.apps.rackspace.com/ informing us that this could last for serveral days.
Unfortunatly the only information we get on the situation is an update on the above link and they are few and far between.
We are sorry for any inconvenience, confusion or frustration this has caused as a result. We havent been ignoring your emails, our staff just cant send or recieve any new emails at the moment.
We are currently in the process of setting up new mailbox’s and will inform everyone of the new email addresses once they are ready.
