Dear Valued Customer.

Continuing on from our post “Email Outage 02/12/2022“.

After some technical issues with existing Office 365 volume licencing accounts and backing up everyones old mailboxes from local copies. We have now migrated our mail server to Microsoft 365, our emails are back and most staff have access to them.

We are still in the dark about what has actually happened to our old mail server. All the updates we are getting on tickets are generic responses and are pretty much what is written on Rackspace’s service status page: https://status.apps.rackspace.com/

We are now working through a backlog of emails but any emails sent to an @autologistic.co.uk email address up until saturday evening we may never recieve.

Again we are sorry for any inconvenience, confusion or frustration this has caused as a result. We havent been ignoring your emails, we just didn’t have any access to any of our “@autologistic.co.uk” mailboxs.
