Auto Logistic Solutions (ALS) was formed in 2010 when the founder, Kyle Harris, parted company with Britannia Accident Assist. With 3 key staff members ALS began to grow quickly, doubling in size within the first year.

ALS staff are so helpful and friendly. A lorry went into the back of my car while I was stationary at traffic lights and my car had to be written off. I wish ALS were able to get hold of the company of the lorry and their insurers before it had to be handed over to my insurance as ALS were so much more helpful, friendly and prompt with everything. Nonetheless, I still had a courtesy/hire car from them and I have been constantly in touch with them through out and them with me, can’t say the same for my own insurance. I will definitely use ALS again if the need arises.

Recommended to contact the company in question for a no fault accident. Was slightly skeptical at first due to never having an accident (thankfully), but decided to take the plunge. The company were A* from start to finish. Their contact over the phone was simple and straightforward. They were always on hand to answer my “silly questions”. They kept me informed throughout the duration, and I’d say turn around to having my car registered with them, to having it checked over by an engineer, booked in and fixed took a total of 3 weeks. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend them. Their hire car was top notch too, a BMW 2019 5 series. Perfect all around. Thank you for all your help.

Non fault accident on 23rd January. Referred to ALS by my repairer “Assured Accident Repair Centre Ltd, Cumbernauld, Glasgow who provide a 1st class service. My case handler at ALS, Sophie Morrey managed a seamless transition with my repairer. I was in a prestige hire car the day following the accident, given consistent updates and reassurance from Sophie and Assured and had no financial outlays whatsoever. Vehicle was a total loss and third party agreed payout within two weeks. Both my repairer and ASL minimised the inconvenience from my unfortunate accident. Good job. Thank you ASL and Assured Accident Repair Centre Ltd.

My car was recently rear ended by another driver and for the best part off the day it was chaos until I spoke to the staff at ALS they literally handled everything regarding my claim and supplied me with a courtesy car for the duration my car was unroadworthy. I received a settlement cheque threw the door within 2 weeks off my incident and my car is good as new and back on the road. Very happy the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Sophie was amazing she kept me in the loop with all the developments and genuinely cared and wanted to help. My car had been hit while it was parked in a car park, my body shop told me about ALS and I decided to give them a go, made the whole experience very easy as they deal with everything and the courtesy cars are far better than what my own insurance company would offer, I got a brand new A class for 5 days and it didn’t cause me any stress or cost a penny, would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone
