Dear Valued Customer.

Continuing on from our post “Email Outage 02/12/2022“, our email server is still offline.

We are still in the dark about this and dont have any information as to the scope of the incident or even if our servers are directly effected. All the updates we are getting are what is written on Rackspace’s service status page: https://status.apps.rackspace.com/

According to Rackspace this could take a few days to put right and we have looked at a few options of what to do with reguards our emails.

We have chosen to set up a seperate temporary email addresses using the web domain “als.claims”, if you are a client of ours please check your spam folder for any emails from the below list of emails. If you are a working partner, please add “@als.claims” or “als.claims” to your safe senders list.

The new email addresses we will be using are:

Again we are sorry for any inconvenience, confusion or frustration this has caused as a result. We havent been ignoring your emails, we just dont have any access to any of our “@autologistic.co.uk” mailboxs at the moment.
